    This has got to be one of the best speeches today.  Watch as Senator L. Graham slams  the Democrats and recommends Judge Kavanaugh be confirmed as Supreme Court justice.

    I was under the impression he was quoted saying it’s a settled law, and that he was going to focus on other problems instead. This was word of mouth, and I don’t have a source just curious if anyone else heard this?

    He has said that Roe v. Wade is settled law. He has also said he will follow precedent. I do not think he will be the pro-life judge we hope he will be.
    Having said that, I totally support this good man against the outrageous attacks on him. He should be voted in, if for no other reason, in order for the Republic to survive.

    • Barrett was Trump's first pick but his advisors talked him into someone more "confirm-able".
    I have to admit if Kavanaugh IS finally confirmed at some point, I doubt he will be so congenial to the perverted opposition ( and their opinions) that tried to destroy him as he might have been before this circus.
    If he loses, and there is a red wave, we get Coney Barrett, and there's not a thing they can do about it ( well maybe a cινιℓ ωαr and martial law)
