This is an awful, awful story. And with very little answers, too.
Mostly deflections like "The officer heard a loud noise" or something. This happened in Minneapolis, which I will not hesitate to say has its own share of dilapidated and unsafe neighborhoods like all major cities. However, in such a well-off, suburban part? Will we ever know
why?
