What did Aussies think would happen after they gave up their guns?
If I had a gun who would I shoot? Who would they shoot in return? If you don't have the numbers politically why would you have them militarily?
It's a different era, a different battlefield... this is very shortsighted and naïve logic. The whites did not defeat the reds during the Bolshevik Revolution and the Vendee did not undo the French Revolution, in fact they spurred on the reign of terror. That being said, the French Revolutionaries were killed during the Napoleonic Wars and the Bolshevik Revolutionaries were killed during WWII, same with the Nαzιs (who I might remind people, the swastika is a roman pagan symbol that no Christian should revere, they were also darwinian evolutionists and eugenicists), so in a certain sense, it tends to go full circle for those who do evil things and think they can get away with it.
Furthermore, the Five Eyes Alliance all work together, so when you see this happening in Australia you should know that it is not some foreign and sovereign land this is happening in, we are a client state of the US.
The only time I contemplated guns was during the jab mandates depending on how far they would go.
Furthermore, those thinking of the American Revolution are naïve in this day and age, for given how much smaller the world has become if the USA ever descended into a cινιℓ ωαr it would be the end of both sides as those on the sidelines would be able to seize the opportunity in an instant, who would get control of the nukes? you would completely destroy yourselves... gun rights however are a significant deterrent to an invading force though, so in that regard it is worthwhile keeping, but not for cινιℓ ωαr purposes, you're a fool if you long for such a thing.
The American Revolution was a very rare thing historically and it was very mitigated compared to the many other cινιℓ ωαrs throughout history because both sides were Christian. Great Britain also didn't go 'all in' for it, was not existential for them, the French also aided the American Revolutionaries, so it was not all in house either.
In terms of the tyranny in Australia, It's very fortunate Trump won and Musk owns the X platform, for VPN's exist and they cannot control those people, Australia does not own any of the infrastructure to enforce it and with free speech their days will hopefully be numbered as their tyranny is exposed and mocked IMO.
