From personal experience, I think Washington state is still better than Oregon as far as euthanasia goes. I worked in health care in Washington state for many years.

Last year, my sister's husband (she lives in Oregon), who had lung cancer and lost his ability to swallow, was denied a feeing tube (by a Catholic hospital!), even though he was not really in bad shape. He was allowed to starve to death. It was so sad. I'm still upset about that.

CCSD is pushing forward with a policy promoting liberal gender ideology in schools. This policy means biological boys in the girls' facilities, and biological girls in the boys'.
 

  
They will vote on the policy tomorrow, Thursday, August 9, 2018.
 
Despite the facts, community opposition, and the polling of Clark County residents, they are pushing forward with policies allowing students to use bathrooms, locker rooms, and showers based on their gender identity, rather than their biological sex.

 
These policies:
  • Mandate that a male student who identifies as female be allowed to use the girls' locker room, restroom, and all school facilities.
  • Mandate that all students, teachers, and volunteers use the pronoun the student prefers. Any student who refuses to refer to a transgender student by the name or sex they identify with could face discipline.
  • Force the teaching of gender fluidity in classroom actives, K-12.  The new policy states: "Classroom activities shall be relevant, meaningful and appropriate for students with diverse gender identities or expressions and do not discriminate or segregate according to gender identity or expression."  
  • This would open the door for books like I am Jazz and other literature promoting transgenderism to young children to be read in Kindergarten classes across Nevada.

Alex Jones has been vindicated.  He was right from the start when it came to his apprehension about how the radical Left controlled media:

A few things come to mind.  Number one, we’ve seen this coming for a while, now.  It’s been imperative that the Right create its own platforms in order to avoid this kind of disruption/persecution.  There are lists out now for some alternatives to Facebook and Twitter, but it’s still early in the game, and there is still a significant vacuum for someone to step in and corner the social media market for the Right.
Secondly, I find it interesting how, like Twitter, shortly after a drop in stock value, Facebook doubles down on its Leftist thought-policing.  And even more pathetic is that Facebook does this on the heels of Zuckerberg being interrogated by Congress for being slanted.  But, as they say, SJWs always double down.
Thirdly, it’s obvious to everyone that this is a coordinated attack against the Right.  They’re even cracking down on right-wing speech in Brazil.  The Left has decided to break new ground and “take it there.”  More censorship is to come.  This is just the beginning.  The Left no longer cares how it is coming off; they are uninterested in “winning votes.”  They are interested in impeaching Trump, disgracing the Right, and jumpstarting the war.  They have accomplished their “long march through the institutions,” and they sure as hell are going to cash in their chips, playing whatever dirty card they can to win.
Finally, with this act against Alex Jones, we can see a preview of how the Antichrist, himself, will snag the people of the world into his trap.  As it is with the top online social platforms, the Beast will offer something free, convenient, and useful that everyone will like.  THEN, when everyone is hooked, he will force the populace to wear his mark to continue using this product.  Those who shy away from his mark will be castigated and shunned, and those who agree to the contract will continue on with their convenient lives.
Now, mind you, I have always held there is no such thing as free speech.  It’s an illusion the Left has used for a very long time to acquire power.  And now, with the pieces in place, the Left is showing you all that they never believed in it either.  The “free speech lie” is going away.  Deviance, dysfunction, and dyscivic anarchy is the acceptable speech now.  Everyone who stands on the side of Logos, Christendom, order, and goodness are ripe for the guillotine.
How much is the Real America going to take before all is said and done?  Will the people rise up against the forces set to destroy them?  Or will the United States become another Haiti, Rhodesia, or South Africa–nations abdicated by the Western civilizations?  Is the Right exercising AMAZING restraint?  Or are they absolutely weak, timid, and feeble?  The Left desperately wants to know.
