Actually Roscoe, as you know because you live in this country and hear things on the radio and television that persons who live other countries could not possibly know, they are in fact investigating what was behind that flight, who knew, and how they did not allow the police to do the right thing. And that would have been allowing the people in the area to be aware of it being a "photo shoot' and not a terrorist attack. Yes local law enforcement knew and yes it was to be secret.

If Rosco is so ahead of the curve, why does he ask such easy and basic questions ?

I have no doubt that the reasons as to why the information on this incident was not properly decimated is being investigated.  It's a given.
