  • More than 1,000 people have already downloaded plans to 3-D print an AR-15.

This is actually a very interesting idea. There are many people concerned about this, and that's understandable. At the same time, will 3D printing catch on? Do most people have the financial capabilities to buy a 3D printer powerful enough to print an AR-15?

Remember O most gracious Virgin Mary...

  • The Ghost Gunner 2 is like $250. I think the metal parts and the quality of plastic is what make it expensive. However, I'm not sure the new downloadable plans work with the Ghost Gunner.  USA Today was  saying the printers cost from $5,000 to $600,000. I can't imagine too many people buying a 3D printer that cost that much. Most people downloading the plans are probably doing it out of curiosity.

  • Zip guns are easy to make using parts from plumbing supply stores, so if Americans weren't making zip guns like crazy it wouldn't surprise me if 3D guns don't become a huge thing except with people who are already into guns.
Some would have people believe that I'm a deceiver because I've used various handles on different Catholic forums. They only know this because I've always offered such information, unprompted. Various troll accounts on FE. Ben on SuscipeDomine. Patches on ABLF 1.0 and TeDeum. GuitarPlucker, Busillis, HatchC, and Rum on Cathinfo.
