So in your opinion the 25 residents of the Washington nursing home who died in Feb 2020 was just garden-variety flu?
[I just found out it was only 18 patients, but 11 others died as well. https://www.cnn.com/2020/03/23/health/coronavirus-nurses-inside-washington-care-home/index.html]
One does not have to go to the other extreme, there is an in between, no? I said three things: over 200,000 people die every month in the USA, everybody has a corona virus of some type in them, and there is no test to detect Covid19. Did they say those 18 patients died of Covid19? Calling a flu that kills people "garden-Variety flu" is contradictory.

If they had told me that 25 college basketball players on a team had died from Covid19, that would be something. But to say that 25 elderly people died in a nursing home of corona virus, that does not sound like some new deadly flu to shut down the world for, specially when normally about 7000 people are dying every day in the USA.

I'm pretty sure that in a nursing home housing 120 residents, 29 deaths in 2 weeks is highly unusual.  Here is an article which reports the death toll at 34.

Last month, there were 120 residents at Life Care. As of Wednesday, at least 81 have tested positive for the coronavirus and of those, 34 have died, as well as a visitor. About a fourth of the coronavirus fatalities in the U.S. have been linked to the nursing home, according to state and federal data.

The article is from March 18.  Before things really exploded in NYC and NJ.

I have never heard this one, although I have intentionally ignored a lot of this disgusting world for 20 years now.  Would love to see the whole story on this quote.  Thank you :)

Well as you are becoming more convinced of how "serious" this situation is, more discerning people are waking up more and more as to the falsity of this.

Take this article

https://southfront.org/covid-19-in-italy-a-critical-look-at-death-toll-numbers/

Also there is a trending #filmyourhospital where people are doing that, and showing that they are basically empty.

Have you seen fauci by the way?? you understand his ethnicity? You seen that nose?

You do realize that both could be true, right, that this could be a real virus AND could be at the same time hyped up?  MaterD was connected to a 44-year-old man in good health who died of this thing.  I did look up Fauci, because his looks did suggest a certain ethnicity, but all I could come up with is Italian descent, and he was raised a Catholic.  I too, however, would wager that there's some such blood in his lineage somewhere.
