In all my years on the planet, I have never seen so much blatant and flagrant media bias as I have witnessed in this Presidential campaign. Never before, have I seen so many so-called journalists (e.g. Anderson Cooper, Martha Raddatz, Wolf Blitzer, any of the rabid dogs at MSNBC, et al) so thorougly disgrace their

In an interview with Press TV, Dr. Kevin Barrett had warned that Trump could be taken out physically or attacked quite brutally in the media because the US establishment does not trust him, and consider him a loose cannon. Barrett went on to say”

“Donald Trump is getting a little bits and pieces of truth, but the full truth probably is too politically explosive for Donald Trump to ever tell , not that it would help him politically to tell it, because he would be immediately shut down and taken out — whether physically, by being killed, which certainly could happen, or by being attacked quite brutally in the media,” Dr. Barrett predicted in early 2016.
I agree with Barrett on one point and I vociferously disagree with him on the second point.

Assassination Must Still Be On the Table

I have written on several occasions and for months that Donald Trump’s life is in extreme danger every time he publicly appears to attack Clinton’s criminal character, the devastation wreaked by free trade agreements (e.g. NAFTA, TPP) and the hidden and not-so hidden cost of unregulated immigration.

With regard to Trump’s life being in physical danger, one only needs to go back to the time of Robert F. Kennedy. A youthful upstart and the former Attorney General, was exposing the corruption which led to the Vietnam War, the out of control military industrial complex and, of course, he was threatening to reopen the investigation into his brother’s murder in Dallas.

Originally, and as was the case with Trump, nobody originally thought he could win, but when he was running away with the Democratic primaries, he had to be dealt with by the criminal elite and he was assassination minutes after winning the California primary. If Trump can somehow rebound from the lewd remarks tape, released by Paul Ryan’s chief adviser, Trump’s life is in extreme danger as we approach the finish line. On this point, I wholeheartedly agree with Dr. Barrett with regard to the assassination possibility.

Barrett’s assertion that most of the media does not trust Trump and thinks he is a loose cannon, is totally in error. The press and all of its minions are the lap dogs of the corporations who have been financially raping the middle class in this country for over three decades.

     Who Owns the Media?

With the country’s widest disseminators of news, commentary and ideas firmly entrenched among a small number of the world’s wealthiest corporations, it may not be surprising that their news and commentary is limited to an unrepresentative narrow spectrum of politics. ––Ben Bagdikian, former dean of the Graduate School of Journalism, UC Berkeley

In 1983, 50 corporations controlled the vast majority of all news media in the United States.  Today, ownership of the news media has been concentrated in the hands of just six incredibly powerful media corporations.  Today, these six corporations control almost all of what we read, watch and hear and subsequently, they ultimately control most of what we think and believe. r These six corporations own television networks, cable channels, movie studios, newspapers, magazines, the various multitude of publishing houses, the music industry and even several of our favorite websites.

Every single one of these six corporations has direct corporate ties to NAFTA and CAFTA, either through direct ownership of participating corporations and banks, through subsidiary holdings and interlocking boards of directorate. So, when Trump exposes the devastation of the free trade agreements and the economic insecurity associated with unregulated immigration, he is potentially taking money away from these corporate behemoths. Therefore, Mr. Barrett is wrong about his assertion that the media thinks that Trump is a loose cannon. The media and its corporate controllers are afraid that if and when the American public learns the truth, the “loose cannon” will be pointed at this nefarious collection of disinformation agents by the American people themselves.

    An Example of Media Incest

Three years ago, DC Clothesline ran a very revealing investigative piece on media incest and how it impacts the truth of what we see and hear in the mainstream media.

“Much has been made about CBS President David Rhodes being the brother of Ben Rhodes (Deputy National Security Advisor for Strategic Communications), but it seems that the media ties to The Obama Administration do not stop there.

CNN deputy bureau chief, Virginia Moseley, is married to Tom Nides who was Hillary Clinton’s Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources until February.

ABC President Ben Sherwood also has a sibling, Dr. Elizabeth Sherwood-Randall who is a Special Advisor to President Obama on National Security Affairs.”
These incestuous relationships between government and the media merely represent a small sample size of how the Clinton’s have avoided extreme scrutiny, like Donald Trump is currently facing at the hands of the mainstream media.

    Conclusion
Dr Barrett’s assertions are half correct. Trump’s life is in danger should be remain anywhere close to Clinton in the polling. In actuality, these fake polls may actually, in some strange way, may be keeping Donald Trump alive. However, Barrett could not be any more wrong about why the media is crucifying Trump. They are doing so because their corporate bosses stand to lose a lot of money is Trump is elected.

If one wonders why I, and many others, refer to CNN as the Clinton News Network, you are witnessing only of one of several poignant examples. If you further wondered why you had to read and listen to the alt media to get the truth about Benghazi, you now know. This is how Clinton got away with her actions regarding Benghazi, the email scandal, selling uranium to the Russians, Travelgate, Whitewater, Vince Foster’s mysterious death, the Clinton Foundation’s money laundering operations through HSBC Bank, James McDougal’s bizarre death, the fleecing from Haiti of billions of dollars of relief effort by the Clinton Foundation and of course the very long list of “other” coincidental deaths of people who had one degree of separation from the truth and the Clinton corruption machine.

In contrast, Watergate received exponentially more media coverage than all of the Clinton scandals combined. This is how the spin doctors keep the public from being enraged and demanding legal action be taken against this modern day version of Bonnie and Clyde. And this Bonnie and Clyde duo are on the verge of re-occupying the White House. God help us all.

Trump has already openly criticized the media.

I didn't know about the MSM's ties to NAFTA, but it doesn't surprise me.
