So this would explain why some die quickly from the jab, while others show no ill effects ... at least in the beginning.  So the saline/placebo is not necessary to explain this.

If the "technicians" (often untrained and unqualified, say, at a drug store), if they do not aspirate the needle, there's a chance that the clot-shot goes directly into circulation, vs. a slow release from the deltoid muscle.  In one case, you get a quick death; in the other, it becomes a slow-kill weapon over time.  Initially pfιzєr et al. stated that the jab would remain in the deltoid, but studies have since proven that this is not the case.

So a percentage die quickly, while it becomes a slow-kill weapon for others.

Phlebotomists have a much better knowledge of where not to stick then most, you know who has no clue what they're doing? Pharmacy technicians, never met one yet who knows what they're doing and they're the ones doing a lot of the shots. Do you know how to do blood transfusions, specifically, withdrawing blood, refrigerating it, then transfusing it back into the person? All of the apparatuses used? Do you know of any online tutorials?

When things get physical, and they're gonna, you best be havin' a supply of you own blood to expeditiously put back into your own body.
