You're killing yourself. Your body is filled with cells which need food to live. When you feed it poison the cells die. The dead cells don't move without detoxifying, they stay in the body and there you get fat, cancer cells, hair loss, etc.

Ultra-processed, slightly processed "food" is not food. It is as nutritionally viable to eat spray paint. Imagine rubbing all of these toxins foods on your skin. You would not enjoy it. Why would you eat it?

You should eat alive food, with active bacteria, trichinosis, hydrating food, not this garbage.

You exaggerate with your comparison to paint, which would cause sickness and even death if consumed. The guy in the video does indeed mention it shouldn't be called food.
