So from what I see, it's a mixture of implanting microchips and other electronics into the body, creating an interface that can read (and write!) the electrical impulses of a brain to direct something else (robotic arm, or the electric signals of another human or animal brain), and modifying genetic processes. All of this still seems to be in the protoype stage.

That doesn't mean that mind/thought control is possible. Electric signals in the brain are all that is to the human mind, although that's what they believe anyhow. Lets see how far God allows them to go with this "posession experiment" stuff.

First regarding the words they use to describe the Moderna GMO injection:
They describe it as an "app", plug and play operating system which can be used for many diseases, an mRNA platform, it's the software of life. 
All of this language matches up with what the Google execs and other scientists I've been sharing in my other threads have been saying about using nanobots to distribute drugs as part of the man/machine interface of the future.
This man machine interface is definitely not in the prototype stage at all!

The goal of the WEF and the Great Reset is to get all humans connected to the internet of things IOT.  I can post more on that in another thread.
Make no mistake, we are a "thing" in that scenario.
Dr Carrie Madej was the director of several medical clinics in the Atlanta area and has attended closed door meetings where they demonstrated that they could easily mind control people and how they led one subject to a cliff and encouraged them to ѕυιcιdє.
She is speaking out but people don't believe her!  I do.
Catherine Austin Fitts is also sounding the alarm but people think this is all too futuristic.
Ex Fema insider, Celeste Solum is also sounding the alarm.  She said that people who are subjected to the neural dust and mind control won't realize what is happening and will simply be seen as "going crazy".  Their doctors won't recognize it either.
But make no mistake, the goal is to get all humans left over after the depop program uploaded to the cloud.
