I indicated that I found it on Google.  It sounds credible given what is known about this guy.

It's not a difficult Google search to at least verify that the book exists.

Now, as for taking time to read the entire book, I have other priorities.  Spend hours reading the book (and/or money to buy it) ... or just give it the benefit of the doubt for being true.

If he didn't say this, well, it's not exactly life-changing.  I just cited it because it dovetails with a speculation I had.  If they're trying to kill off the population, this might backfire in that it'll effect those who are not critical thinkers and dumbed down.

Another possibility is that this vax DOES in fact protect people from something else they plan to unleash and that'll then wipe out all those who refused the vax.

On further consideration, I kind of don't think they would be trying so hard to get everyone drugged up if that were the plan. I think if that were the goal, they would just roll it out and see who trusts the government and who doesn't, and then let the chips fall. But man, there is something dark and simple about that theory that makes it stick in my mind. It's so obvious I should have thought of it before. I'm going to file it away in my COVID theories file in my brain. That folder is getting thick, though.

Trad123 posted a few pages from the book, I commented on it in two postings after his. Just reading the few pages he posted was excruciating, this Attali guy is totally nuts. I forced myself to read the 13 pages. Reading  them was like reading an encyclical by JPII, one can't read more than like one page to figure out it is a total waste of time.

They are made with human baby parts, we can't take them. If they are meant to do as you speculate without thinking it through, then God is taking us out of this world for our own good. God is in control.

Right, I wasn't recommending that anyone take them under any circuмstances ... just speculating about what their intent might be.
