I’ve had two priests tell me not to get the vaxx, but neither said I’d be damned.  Both cited the abortion issue as near proximity and disagree with the Commission on Life’s assessment of abortion derived vaccines being remotely proximate.
I have no intention to get vaxxed unless something abortion free, non-experimental, and founded be safe and effective for the long term is available.  Even then, I wouldn’t get it unless legally compelled or physically forced.

This is wrong. What God plans and what He allows for you are two separate dynamics. If a person ignores God and continues in sin, which is not God's plan for you, and you die as a result of sin or pursuant in sin, then God allowed that you die but it wasn't His plan for you. His plan was for you to know, serve and love Him and to die in the state of grace so you may be with Him for eternity. Likely, you were to have a longer life in your service to God.

The Lord tells us in the Bible that people perish for lack of knowledge (Hosea 4:6). That's not God's plan but He allows it because people reject God and rely on their own understanding and worldliness to navigate through life. Woe is theirs.

People making utterly dumb decisions and behaving stupidly are not protected from dying sooner than what God has planned for them. People must choose God and act on what He plans for them. That's when people will not die one second sooner or later than what He has ordained for them.
By plan I mean to say what actually happens, reality. You are mistaking me for meaning God's plan is His will and that's not what I mean. God wills all men to live in the state of grace and go to heaven but He also knew we would sin so He wrote a great big book, made a plan. God knew you before He made the plan, He knew what you would eat, how you would act, what sin you would commit and your life is exactly as long or short as fits His plan. There is no surprise to Providence. I'm not saying all things go according to God's wishes, I'm just saying He knew what happens before He made anything and all circuмstances are allowed and actually planned for. Think of it like an author of a book. The author knows the end of each character and how they would act in each situation before he(the writer) fills out all the details. God new the Blessed Virgin Mary and placed her in the best possible role for us. He knew Judas and what his heart was and placed him in a role that perfectly suited the traitor. There really are no surprises to Providence and all circuмstances are accounted for so there really is no point in worrying how to live longer.

I have been lurking around here on CI for quite some time, only joining last month. Thank you all for your advice. On a more positive note, I was able to successfully refuse the second dose, especially I think due to the intercession of St. Jude. I pray we all persevere.
I have read that Philippines have harsh restrictions for the unvaxxed. Almost as much as Italy.

How do you do to survive? There are very few restrictions here, but it could get difficult in the future.
