Meat, especially red meat, is the most nutrient dense food on earth (eggs too), that’s not an opinion BTW, factually true. No vegetable has all the nutrients you need but red meat has all the nutrients you need to be healthy.
^ This guy is guilty of gluttony and breaking the Second Commandment. His carnivore diet is his sacred cow. He is on pharmajewticals to "combat" his fat-induced diabetes, and his body fat % is above 25 and his BMI over 30. And him saying "red meat is the most nutrient dense food" is patently false.

You want to eat elk meat?  Just be careful.  Brain wasting disease is spreading in cervids throughout the U.S. and Canada.
