It's increased even more through fermentation (sauerkraut).
Sauerkraut is an amazing food!

I just finished a jar of Deutsche Kuche. Wonderful stuff.

I have seen too many examples of shameless men scarfing down boxes of donuts, eating big mac meals to gain weight. I can't subscribe to this. I have eaten grams of soy protein isolate, the only kind I could afford, in order to gain mass, it worked, too easily, at the cost of everything else. I see this has contributed, to "built", ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖly behaved modern man. I don't feel good mentally as well as physically until I've eaten only truly healthy root vegetables.

I am happy, satisfied with, and grateful for my current physicality.

I do want to become stronger, larger like the Archangel St. Gabriel. That is not in the cards for right now.
Once I'm in a more advanced position in finances I may add great things like elk meat, butchered cow meat, etc to my diet. I don't want to settle for the mediocre, unsure grocery store meat. Definitely not any other dirt cheap means. In 2026 if anything is cheap in the grocery store you pay it with your soul.

Typically plant protein powders aren't very effective, i find whey is the best. Also for meat depending on your country grocery store meat can be fine. Going the organic super healthy only route is very expensive and not worth it for most people.

Also dirty bulking is not healthy.
