I'm mystified how a video titled "President Trump and the Deep State Shakedown" in the original posting could be relevant to the declared Subject of this topic: "Warning: Most Generic Drugs Come from China". I'm not going to waste my time watching the posted video to try to figure that out.
But since since the November original posting we have a new twist to that declared Subject, provided by the unexpected Wuhan Coronavirus. In particular, the manufacturing of many products in Red (mainland) China has suddenly dropped or even stopped! Related products, notably personal protection masks, are still being produced in Red China, but the government has recently decreed that all production of that product category be diverted to itself, under the control of their army.
This situation, apparently of no more than distant humanitarian interest, may soon become very relevant for people in the U.S.A.: CathInfo readers who have a standing prescription for certain "generic drugs" may find their lives newly at risk because of shortages of drugs that they absolutely, positively, must take regularly to sustain their lives. The more-or-less global implementation of just-in-time logistics might mean that there's no stockpile of the same generic drugs anywhere in the First World.
Depending on each person's health coverage, the alternative of paying more for still-available proprietary equivalent drugs could cause personal financial problems (or even financial crises). Especially if First-World pharmaceutical corporations start a p.r. campaign that cites "supply & demand" to cover them in jacking up their prices, which they already set arbitrarily high in the U.S.A. They will, of course, be trying to fend off quite sensible accusations of corporate greed.
The drug-manufacturing situation may come as an emotional shock to many of us who might be depending on their generic-drug prescriptions to give them a comfy cushion of extra time to prepare for their final judgment.
