Thank you Cera and Sean, for your answers. I've certainly heard of a lot of these ideas, but I don't think I see the big picture. So let's say they institute a tattoo system on people's arms to keep track of their medical history. I certainly agree that such an idea is repugnant and maybe even sinister, but why would anyone want such a system so badly as to destroy civilization to implement it? I assume we are supposing that this system would be used for far more nefarious purposes than medical records down the road, right? But what would those purposes be?

Yeti, once everyone is chipped with these quantum dots, then it’s a hip-skip-and-a-jump to add financial records and make this “the mark”.  Currency will be replaced by this e-currency.

Then you add the 5g network (and the coming 6g one), which will blanket the earth in wi-fi, and no one will be able to go anywhere in the world (ie cant hide) without being tracked.

Some scientists are even saying this chip technology can modify behaviors and control parts of the brain.
