RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — State Health Commissioner Dr. Norman Oliver told 8News on Friday that he plans to mandate coronavirus vaccinations for Virginians once one is made available to the public.
Virginia state law gives the Commissioner of Health the authority to mandate immediate immunizations during a public health crisis if a vaccine is available. Health officials say an immunization could be released as early as 2021.
Dr. Oliver says that, as long as he is still the Health Commissioner, he intends to mandate the coronavirus vaccine.
“It is killing people now, we don’t have a treatment for it and if we develop a vaccine that can prevent it from spreading in the community we will save hundreds and hundreds of lives,” Oliver said.
Under state law, only people with a medical exemption could refuse the mandate.
The Virginia General Assembly is considering a bill during an ongoing special session that would allow people with religious opposition to opt-out of the requirement. The bill needs to clear a committee in the House of Delegates before the full chamber could vote on it.
Oliver says he strongly opposes the bill. He doesn’t know what the punishment would be for non-compliance but expects that most people will respond well to the mandate.
Meanwhile, a new poll suggests more than one in three Americans aren’t interested in getting a coronavirus vaccine. Even though health officials say it will be safe, some have raised concerns about the speed of development.
“We would not launch a campaign around mass vaccination with anything that hasn’t proven to be safe,” Oliver said.
Virginia Freedom Keepers Director of Communications Kathleen Medaries, a mother of three from Chesterfield, says this is a matter of medical choice.
“This is not a Republican or Democrat issue. It’s not a pro-vaccine or anti-vaccine issue, ” Medaries said. “For me, it’s an issue of being able to assess each vaccine for myself and my family one at a time.”
Oliver believes that, in the case of COVID-19, public health takes precedent over choice. He said herd immunity is the state’s best defense to stop the spread.
“He shouldn’t be the one person to make a decision for all of Virginians,” Medaries responded.

Why is the government so anxious to inject everyone?

Dave Cullen (the Irishman who did the famous interview with Dr. Dolores Cahill) said that the whole purpose of the "pandemic" seems to be to force everyone to be injected with something. He said he could only speculate on why the government wants to inject everyone with drugs, but said he would discuss some of the theories on this question in the future. As far as I know he hasn't done it yet.

I'm a little curious about this myself. Why is the government so anxious to inject everyone? The most common answer to this question is that they want to reduce the population. This might be plausible, but I'm not really satisfied with that answer. There are probably easier ways to do that than the current COVID situation. They could approve food ingredients that are known to be harmful, run ads telling people that smoking is good for you, remove seat-belt laws, I don't know. They could have "accidents" in which the drinking water gets contaminated with poison. It just seems there are better ways to kill off people than what is happening now.

While this could certainly be part of the objective, I suspect the reality is more nuanced, but I'm at a loss to think what it could be.

Quantum dot "tattoos" record patient vaccine history under their skin


To make sure vaccines work as efficiently as possible, it’s important to keep track of who has had which shots and when, but that’s not always easy, particularly in developing countries. So now, MIT researchers have come up with a creative new solution. A microneedle patch can administer both the vaccine and quantum dots that sit under the skin for years at a time, essentially storing a person's vaccine history on their own body.


A patient’s vaccination record is important to their health – and that of the community as a whole. Not only does it highlight which shots they still need, but many vaccines require multiple doses at specific intervals in order to work and losing track of that can lead to ineffective treatment. The new method from MIT is designed to change that.

The key to the new technique is a dye containing quantum dots, tiny semiconducting crystals that reflect certain wavelengths of light. The idea is that this would be administered along with a vaccine, and while the drug goes to work in the bloodstream the quantum dot dye would sit just below the skin for up to five years.

These dyes can be arranged into different patterns to mark different vaccines. That way, when a doctor needs to check a patient’s record, they can use a specially-equipped smartphone that makes the normally-invisible dye fluorescent and see what pattern shows up.

In this case, the quantum dots are copper-based, and designed to emit near-infrared light. To keep them in the body for long periods of time, the team encapsulated them inside microparticles about 20 microns wide.

The team designed the dye to be delivered via microneedle patch. This painless alternative to a syringe is applied like a Band-aid, with the skin-facing surface made up of tiny dissolvable needles. The needles themselves are made of the desired drug and the quantum dots, all bundled together with sugars that dissolve and a polymer for structure. As the needles dissolve, they release the payload into the body.

In tests, the team used microneedle patches to administer the dye to samples of human skin from cadavers. Even after five years of simulated Sun exposure, the quantum dot patterns could still be seen by the smartphone detector.
 

The research was published in the journal Science Translational Medicine.

Thank you Cera and Sean, for your answers. I've certainly heard of a lot of these ideas, but I don't think I see the big picture. So let's say they institute a tattoo system on people's arms to keep track of their medical history. I certainly agree that such an idea is repugnant and maybe even sinister, but why would anyone want such a system so badly as to destroy civilization to implement it? I assume we are supposing that this system would be used for far more nefarious purposes than medical records down the road, right? But what would those purposes be?

Yeti, once everyone is chipped with these quantum dots, then it’s a hip-skip-and-a-jump to add financial records and make this “the mark”.  Currency will be replaced by this e-currency.

Then you add the 5g network (and the coming 6g one), which will blanket the earth in wi-fi, and no one will be able to go anywhere in the world (ie cant hide) without being tracked.

Some scientists are even saying this chip technology can modify behaviors and control parts of the brain.
