It really does an injustice to the word "pandemic". Real pandemics involve overwhelmed hospitals, people dropping ill (and dead) all around, and a real disruption to society.
The only disruption from COVID has been *the government's responses, rather than the disease itself* (mostly state, county and local in this case, but I digress).
Normally you don't need to be TESTED to know you have the Big Bad Disease that's going around.
Ask any doctor who knows anything about epidemics: they'll tell you that no pandemic has ever been sustained primarily by "asymptomatic spread". That's the biggest load of rubbish ever, and one of the primary reasons I know that COVID is a big nothingburger hoax.
Doctors will say that you MIGHT occasionally have one or two cases from a person who was asymptomatic. But they are rare, and WILL NOT BE SUFFICIENT NUMBERS TO SUSTAIN, MUCH LESS DRIVE, A PANDEMIC. That should be common sense. But common sense is, alas, not so common anymore.
