The Blood Pressure Scam
« on: September 30, 2026, 07:30:02 AM »
Given how many scams were are regularly exposed to, like sunlight and eggs and sugar and saturated fat, for example, it seems to me that the blood pressure industry must also be a scam. We know that the cholesterol industry and the chemo industry are no less than military incursions on the civilian population. Screenings are raids; "treatment" is capture and takedown.

I'd love to hear from anyone who knows about this BP scam and can link articles or videos. I just did a random search and found the ones I'll link below. I haven't watched any of them yet, but I certainly will watch them.

I will be 65 in December. I take no BP meds, nor will I ever take them. I can handle cardio and weight lifting. I can do milder cardio, like tai chi walking stuff, for two hours straight. But whenever I check my BP, google says it's borderline hypertension. I don't believe it.

I recall reading adding 100 to your age provides what your upper number should read. Can’t say whether that is accurate or not but current blood pressure information is truly a scam

I take heart pills, but only half of what my pharmacist gives. My mom's side of the family had low blood pressure, and that's what I have. But I definitely need the blood thinner.
When my problem began, if I would have gulped down all the pills, I wouldn't be here to complain. Some extremities were deadly white.

Doc says the heart receives quite a bit of oxygen from "backpressure", so anything below systolic 100/ dias. 65 is not right. I know nothing about high blood pressure, my problem is L O W pressure. Yet "they" would want me to take more meds..., it becomes a money question  - for their bottom line.

For educational purposes only:

Toasted oat bran after main meal is beneficial, but even my dietician never knew that...too simple and no m0ney for big Pharma.
Beet juice great too lower pressure, wheat grass, soursop leaf, garlic and the top of the list : Apples  !! rare fruit that has soluble fiber too lower cholεs tor0l.
Raw eggs great, hardboiled not so great (heat changes HDL to LDL). Stuff the docs won't tell you.
Relax and walk.

What's the cliché? An apple a day...
Gotta go for my constitutional walk. Adios .

Thank you! I saw that this morning somewhere. My top number was 120 this am, and it should be 165 by this measure. My top number was 105 last night.
