  • The Absurdity of Covid “Cases”

Today’s headlines announced Donald and Melania Trump “tested positive” for covid-19. Another claims nineteen thousand Amazon workers “got” covid-19 on the job. Both of these pseudostories are sure to ignite another absurd media frenzy.
As always, the story keeps changing: Remember ventilators, flatten the curve, the next two weeks are crucial, etc.? Remember Nancy Peℓσѕι in Chinatown back in February, urging everyone to visit? Remember Fauci dismissing masks as useless? Why should we believe anything the political/media complex tells us now?
So what do these headlines really mean? What exactly is a covid “case”?
Since the beginning of the coronavirus outbreak, most US media outlets have been exceedingly credulous and complicit in their reporting. Journalists almost uniformly promote what we can call the “prolockdown” narrative, which is to wildly exaggerate the risks from covid-19 to serve a political agenda. They may be motivated to hurt Trump politically, to promote a more socialist “new normal,” or simply to drive more clicks and views. Bad news sells. But the bias is clear and undeniable.

  • You have to be tested to know if you even have it. The virus is that "deadly".

People didn't have to get tested to know they had the Black Death. The symptoms appeared, and the person felt sick.

And the government (state, local, and national) didn't have to enforce lockdowns or quarantines. They didn't need Media ticker-tapes and graphics of "the current case count" to keep the fear stoked to a fever-pitch. People were scared because they chose to be: death was obvious, near at hand, undeniable, and all around them.

    This "pandemic" is a joke.

Last week I heard that 10's of thousands of college students tested positive for "COVID-19". No hospitalizations, no deaths. A joke.

I sure do!! Je me souviens. I remember. Two weeks to slow this down, and then we'll open back up. The San Francisco Bay Area was the first place in this country to order people to stay in their homes. The order went out on March 16, and was stated to last until (I think) April 3, or possibly April 13, I can't recall specifically. As that date approached, the order was extended another few weeks to some time in May. Then as that end date approached, it was extended to some date in June. As that date approached, the expiration date of the stay-home order was removed completely. As far as I know it is still in effect this very day, with no end in sight. Even any discussion of when the stay-home order will possibly come to an end has long since ceased, months ago.

  • My nephew was counted twice as having a “case” of COVID.  He was exposed to two persons suspected of having the virus, and he had to “quarantine” in his apartment for a month...despite the fact that neither contact tested positive.  By the time they got test results, one person felt fine.  She probably had Spring allergies. The other person became sicker with what turned to be mononucleosis, not COVID.  My nephew’s tests both turned out negative, but his school, Buffalo University, counted him twice as a “Casey” because they got $$$ from the state.
Another three persons of my acquaintance actually died of what turned out to be COVID, but were NOT counted because they died on March 3rd and 5th before COVID was recognized in Nassau County, New York.  All three died at home and were tested post-humously.  They were a man, age 53, obese and with COPD, a pregnant lady, 24, and her unborn son, both with no known health issues.  We’re these “counted,”?  God knows.
All but the family matriarch, age 60, obese, got sick.  The others were 34, obese female, 31, obese male, male children, ages 2, 6, 9, 11, all overweight or obese, female children, ages 8, 14, the younger obese.  The parents were both on ventilators.  The 6, 8, and 11 year old children were hospitalized on O2, not incubated.  The other children recovered at home.  The two year old was mildly sick.  For whatever reason, Grandma did not get sick at all and always tested negative.  Not present and never infected was the husband of the pregnant lady.  He was literally stranded at his job on an oil rig.  Poor man lost his wife and baby.  He has left his now 3 year old son and 14 year old daughter.
If these were “cases” God knows.  It’s still a tragedy!

God forbid Trump loses.  But even if he wins, which the Dems thoroughly expect to happen, the Dems have full plans to cause chaos and cause a Constitutional crisis. They're going to file lawsuits, use Big Tech to shut down any discussion of "Trump won", etc.

I knew covid was suspect the minute there weren't literally thousands of homeless across every urban center in the country dropping dead in the streets. There should've been corpses everywhere, because they should have literally been petri dishes for this "virus" and among the highest fatality rate. But there was just about nothing among them.

    The running joke was;

One homeless man said to the other "How come we ain't all dying or getting sick from covid"?

The other said " I don't know, maybe because we don't have TV, cell phones or Internet"?

See where I'm going here? Don't believe the hype!

There was a lot of strange stuff going on during the peak of "deaths" during the plandemic. I believe they killed more people on those damn ventilators and shoddy medical practices than the virus did to anyone. some one close to my daughter who  is a nurse on the ICU ward in NY got sick and then discovered he had some really bad co morbidities going on but they kept him on the ventilator too long and lost him, it's a tragedy. I think when the dust settles from this thing, a lot of people are gonna be held accountable for perpetuating this fraud and lot of innocent people were lost because of this political nonsense.

    Kyrie Eleison.

They've pretty much already told us what's going to happen.

    1) On election day, Trump will win.
    2) Then, as mail-in ballots trickle in, the results will be overturned.
    3) Then there will be legal challenges.
    4) I suspect, finally, that the Supreme Court will end up deadlocked 4-4 (by design), resulting in a Constitutional Crisis and massive unrest.  Leftistist rioting will make the previous stuff actually look like "peaceful protests" by comparison.

I would urge everyone to stock up on food, water, supplies, and means of self defense.

BTW, notice how the new narrative is that the COVID outbreak is going to derail the filling of the Supreme Court position.  I could actually see that the Republicans would push through a nominee after the 4-4 deadlock I described above and have her cast the vote in favor of Trump.  Under those conditions, not a single Leftist would accept Trump as the legitimate President.

Sometimes I wonder if the entire COVID lockdown in the U.S. wasn't in fact to set up this whole mail-in voting trend.

    Agreed totally.
    5) A deadlock means Peℓσѕι, as speaker of the house, becomes president until the true winner is decided.  *shudder*

Absolutely it was.  Covid pushes the leftist agenda on multiple fronts:
    1)  It is an excuse to "lockdown" the economy, which has forced many business to close permanently.  The reality is, that many of these businesses (mostly restaurants, salons, mom&pop shops) were only hanging on by a thread, profit-wise.  This shutdown just accelerated their inevitable close.
    .
    2)  Big-business and liberal-Universities supported and (in many ways) facilitated this shutdown, by their acceptance of draconian state measures in blue states, which filtered down to red states as a matter of "company policy".  For example, the shut down of sports caused a huge shift in public opinion and public attitudes on the covid "threat".  Not to mention, these are billion dollar industries which affected thousands of small businesses.
    .
    3)  The economic shutdown will serve 2 purposes:
    .
    a) It will create larger and more profitable big-business.  Much of the "middle class" business sector supported the Fortune 500 companies in some way.  For example, the NBA, NFL, and MLB have 90+ sports teams.  The number of "middle class" businesses which provide food, vendor services, clothing, security, television, radio, etc "services" to these sports giants is very large.  With many of these companies going out of business, these sports companies can do-it-themselves, and have the entire profit.
    .
    b) basically, COVID will kill the middle class and help usher in larger monopolies, in all industries.
    .
    c)  It will shut down smaller/medium sized universities and social programs, to save States budget $.
Looking at the lower demographics for America, the number of universities is too great.  Many have to close and only the largest and favorites will survive the ever-looming state budget crisis of every state in the US.  COVID will help to usher in the mass-closure of colleges across the US, both from a loss of sports revenue and a loss of scholarships/tuition $.
    .
    4)  As you said, this lockdown is an excuse to push mail-in voting, so as to steal the election.  Ultimately, the short term economic shutdown is also an excuse to blame Trump, but that has not worked so far.

    .

That's highly disputed.  Trump remains President until at least January 20, 2021 regardless, and some people say that the House is technically out of session after the elections and so the Senate Majority Leader would become President.

Such instability in the U.S. could in fact embolden the Chinese to attack the U.S. upon seeing the country divided and of uncertain leadership.

Right, I wish Trump had some more refined debating skills, since he could have called Biden out for the contradiction of both blaming him for the economic downturn AND for not shutting down the country enough.

I hope you're right.  I can easily see the election not being decided until after Jan 20.  Multiple liberal sites are pushing the idea that Peℓσѕι would take charge Jan 21, and she's even on record as saying they'll "drag the Trump out of the white house".  Multiple scenarios of chaos could happen, God willing.

  • I would respectfully refer everyone to Article II Section 1 of the Constitution of the United States as modified by the 12th and 20th Amendments.

The President and Vice-Presidents’ terms continues until noon on January 20, 2021, nearly 80 days after the November 3rd election (Amendment 20, Section 1).

The entire House of Representatives (435 seats) and one third of the Senate (30+ seats) are up for election.  The terms of the current holders of these seats will all end at noon on January 3, 2021 (Amendment 20, Section 1).  The current 116th Congress (consisting of both the Senate and the House of Representatives) will adjourn sine die on or before noon January 3, 2021, at which time the 117th Congress will be seated.  A new Speaker of the House and a new President Pro Tempore of the Senate will be elected from among the newly seated members.

If the Electoral College fails to elect a President and Vice-President before those terms end on January 20 of the year following the November general election the newly seated House elects the President and the Senate elects the Vice-President.

  • Just wondering who didn’t “like” my post.  It is the facts as I was told them first and second-hand.  Sure, it could have been faked or all lies.  I do know that people who were very much alive in February are now dead, and that my nephew was forced to quarantine for a month, in a room by himself.  He has put his senior year of college on hold, indefinitely, because he’s one of two persons in the immediate family who is able to work for money.  (The other is his cousin, age 16, who has quit high school in order to help support her mother and two siblings, five and eight.) The rest of us either lost our jobs, are too old or have health issues that prevent others from hiring us, or are in their 90s and unwell, or otherwise physically incapable of meeting the requirements of the kinds of jobs available.
