It's true:

I heard about this one guy who fell out the window of a 32 story building.

He showed no symptoms of COVID19 until he hit the ground.

That's when it became clear COVID19 had killed him.

It’s because he accidentally dropped his mask and just had to retrieve it lest he get Covid!
