  • Marsha, I really like Curezone  - a kind of aggregate site for natural remedies.
Here's some info re: sinus infections that will help:
    http://curezone.com/blogs/fm.asp?i=973746

Coindentally, last week I had a very very minor sinus infection.  I doubled up on colloidal silver, taking approx 1/3 cup each day and it went away.  Sovereign Silver has a bottle size with a glass dropper that you could use directly in the nasal cavity, if needed.  That was my next strategy, but it cleared up.

The other suggestions in that link look even better than CS.

    God bless you.

  • Not me, I've never had sinus, but my husband swears he cured himself by a diet of brown rice.

  • Make a steam tent with a towel and pot of boiling water and go under it as much as you can. Doesn't cure it though but can give a little relief with the pain.

Yes, this is helpful. Put a little salt in the water.

    Sincerely,

  • We have had EXTREMELY awesome results with Trad Chinese Med.
Cupping  with silicone cups has provided amazing results.
Not only good for congestion but for all sorts of aches and pains.

  • I have found horseradish sauce to be helpful. My uncle eats a bowl of chicken soup or baked beans with lots of garlic & a few tabasco & jalapeno peppers.
