We have had EXTREMELY awesome results with Trad Chinese Med.
Cupping  with silicone cups has provided amazing results.
Not only good for congestion but for all sorts of aches and pains.

I have found horseradish sauce to be helpful. My uncle eats a bowl of chicken soup or baked beans with lots of garlic & a few tabasco & jalapeno peppers.
