If protein is so great then drink milk
If sugar is so great then drink milk
If fat is so great then drink milk

[strawman fallacy]
Idiot. Sugar is PH NEUTRAL. It doesn't cause tooth decay. Also, the sodium bicarbonate and/or phosphorus in sodas and even carbonated water are acidic, hence, the cause tooth decay. Sugar doesn't cause it. You're supposed to have oral hygiene regardless of your diet. You lose. Truth wins.

What truth wins? I think you lose. Sodium bicarbonate is an acid neutralizer with a ph of 9, and isn't found in most sodas as far as I know.
Sugar absolutely leads to tooth decay since bacteria feeds all the more easily on it, which produces acid that weakens teeth. I have to take much more care of my mouth after carbs and sweets than meat and oil. I could easily go days without brushing eating meat, but notice plaque accuмulation just hours or minutes after having carbs or sweets.

Also, the sodium bicarbonate
Correction: I meant carbon dioxide (not sodium bicarbonate) when mixed with water produces carbonic acid which causes tooth decay but not as much as soda which also has phosphoric acid and citric acid. That causes tooth decay. Sugar is PH neutral, therefore, doesn't cause tooth decay.

You probably have a bunch of parasites in your gut from the sugar you're feeding them.

No, that's a dental lie, just like flouride in water. Tooth decay is due to a mineral imbalance, where the body takes minerals from the teeth because it needs them somewhere else, due to a deficiency in your diet.
Carbs/sweets can lead to tooth decay, you are correct, but 100% sugar is only ONE TYPE of carb/sweet.
I have to take much more care of my mouth after carbs and sweets than meat and oil. I could easily go days without brushing eating meat, but notice plaque accuмulation just hours or minutes after having carbs or sweets.
100% sugar is not causing your plaque.
Sugar -- carbs -- sweets....These are all 3 totally different categories of foods. You can't just lump them altogether and act like they are the same.
What type of carbs? Spagetti/grains/breads? These are not simple sugars. Sweets (i.e. candy) or chocolates? These are usually mixed with other things and aren't simple sugars.
-
You say I'm wrong, then say I'm right? Which is it? I meant most carbs: pure sugars, candies, grains. The only thing that leaves my teeth feeling dirtier is leafy greens and things high in tannins. Nuts can be pretty bad too, but not as much. Meat and some fruits like berries leave my teeth quite clean, and I don't mean stuck food, but the plaque develops several minutes to a few hours later.

That's my point...all carbs/sugars are not the same, neither chemically nor in nutrients. You can't lump them altogether.

100% pure Sugar is most like fruit, in that it does not require the body to break it down because it's exactly how nature made it -- pure and simple to digest.
Candy is not a natural, God-given item. It's processed.
Grains are a mixed bag. Some are easier to digest by humans than others. Then you have the issue of pesticides and modern farming.

Pathetic ad hominen fallacy with absolutely no science to back it up.

Undoubtedly also eating away at his brain ... :laugh1:
Now THIS ^^^ is an ad hominem (the other one you mentioned was not).

Not if you have proper dental hygiene, you ding dong. You're supposed to brush your teach, ideally, after every meal or, at least, twice a day.
I could easily go days without brushing eating meat, but notice plaque accuмulation just hours or minutes after having carbs or sweets.
:laugh1:
You're delusional and disgusting for not brushing your teeth for days after eating dead flesh.

Says the rotund ding dong still struggling with lipid deposit issues due to his vulture diet, and has too much accuмulation in his brain preventing him from comprehending the ad hominem from FarmerWife.
Now THIS ^^^ is the TRUTHFUL ad hominem ... :laugh2:

The rotund women on this forum thumb down these posts because they're jealous of the thin women in the videos. :laugh1: And the rotund "men" thumb down these posts because it exposes the fallacy of their vulture diet. :laugh2:
