    • Looking back on my long history of trying various remedies, diets, exercise programs, etc., to alleviate my health problems, the one thing that stands out as having had an immediate and lasting effect was oxygen at an oxygen bar.  I found 'liquid oxygen' to be equally effective.  Neither option is available to me anymore.  

    The oxygen bar had an ozone oxygenator running during open hours and I could feel the difference as soon as I walked in.

    Does anyone here recommend a particular machine, or source for information?

    • I use a 'bare bones' ozone machine I found from 'ForeverOzone' for just under 50 bucks to remove smells and kill allergens in the house.

    But I've never heard of an 'ozone oxygenator' -- is it the same thing? and the only advice I've heard was not to breathe the ozone as in sufficient amounts it could do some damage.

    I always clear out of any area I can smell much of it in, until the shock treatment is over.
