The yogurt is a great source for probitotics ~ toss some fresh berries or fruit in your yogurt, to give yourself some nutritional boost.
This has been very good for us, especially one of my daughters as she always seems to have digestive issues.
The yogurt cleared it all up.
Now would be a good time to learn how to make the yogurt, we have done it and it's not that difficult.
I know we appreciated being able to make it when we were too busy to go to the store.
Nadir is right though, you are missing out on some green food.
As I keep telling the children, you need all the colors of the rainbow in your diet.
The spelt bread is a good whole grain alternative to wheat.
One of my sons had a serious gluten intolerance and I found he was always misbehaving after a series of days eating wheat.
So we came up with our own way of making a multigrain "bread" (actually it's a pancake) ~ and I even taught him how to make it.
I have even managed to convince him that commercially bought bread is bad for you and that the bread he makes is much much better.
Now, whatever happens, he can always make bread for himself.
As for greens, grab some seeds (sunflower and broccoli are great), sprout them in your kitchen and voila! Greens in your bread!
