Not a sure way to stay lean and healthy. In fact, it's a guaranteed way to not stay lean.

Staying lean is a matter of maintenance. I'd be cool with fluctuating 15lbs or so each way over a few months, but I stay quite stable apart from the minor change of weight going in one end and coming out the other.

What's your body fat %? Answer the question.
I don't know. Question answered.

 Sugar is not addictive
Then try cutting it out 99% for a week with no complaints.

Your high dietary fat has limited your cognitive realm, hence, your ad hominem fallacies. Sugar is not addictive which is why you can't even post a citation to back your claim because it doesn't exist.

He has hardly ridden his bike and he hasn't run much the past four plus years due to injury. His STRAVA proves it. So your argument is refuted, and the High Carb - Low Fat diet is further proven to be the healthiest diet for anyone and the best way to stay lean.

This is supposed to be a rebuttal? Did you even listen to any of his testimonies. No, you didn't. He doesn't ride or run much the past 4 plus years due to injury. If you watch his videos, he has stated it. Again, his STRAVA (learn what it is) also proves he doesn't ride much the past 4 years. He does have a large base (learn what that is) prior to his injury in cycling and running, therefore, does reviews on bike and running equipment because he's been in that fitness lifestyle for 30 years.
