  •  Roaccutane  is a medicine for treatment of severe acne. It works by drying the oily skin. However, other body moistures are dryed too as a side effect. So you may need artificial tear for your eyes. Also your kidneys may be affected. This drug is made illegal in some parts of the world as "causing kidney problems". Yet it has great attraction for teenages and young adults as it heals one's facial skin very well.
The effects of this drug on the fetus are grave. So one (male or female) needs to go for planned parenthood even for a long time after quitting Reacotan.
Maybe we need pro-life groups to object.

  • It was formerly known as accutane.

    Yes, I've heard of it.

Some friends of mine with very severe acne took it.

I am fortunate I only had severe acne at age 16, and never took such medication.

  •   It is so bad for the fetus that women with potential of pregnancy must use two forms of birth control and give pregnancy test regularly.
