There are some decent responses here -- they aren't completely brainwashed or anything -- but I think she needs a few more votes for "no vaccines at all".

The fact is that most vaccines are more harmful than good, most contain mercury, they DO cause autism (care for a game of Russian Roulette?), and the whole science behind vaccines is bad. Moreover, the Big Pharma companies only test individual vaccines, but then they give out combination shots in practice -- and in sequences and combinations that HAVE NOT been tested at all.

Do you care to trust Big Pharma with your kid's brain health? Based on what I know of Big Pharma, I wouldn't trust them to give me the time of day, much less inject some mysterious substance into my own children.

Just like if Wall Street advised me to do something, I would do the opposite. Because evil men do NOT have my own best interests at heart. Quite the contrary.

Did you know that most insurance companies don't cover vaccines? When asked why, one insurance company responded, "Because they are a liability" and the person asked "I thought they were good for you, to help prevent diseases and whatnot" and the person responded "that's all I know".

This lady did not ask for debate, however -- just our opinions. So be nice :)

Vaccines have had some amazing successes, polio and smallpox, just to name a few. As you have pointed out, however, they are not without risk. The current H1N1 vaccine may or may not protect you from the "Swine Flu"; on the other hand, it may or may not cause some future heath condition for you and/or your offspring. Those who say that vaccines are completely safe should take note of the maxim (publicized by the agnostic Carl Sagan), "Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence."

NO!!! Don't get the vaccine! Are you kidding? Untested, legislation passed to protect the makers, waivers of liability for the government, etc.

Does this not just scream FOUL PLAY?!

As for keeping the flu (of any kind) at bay, just load up on Vit D. Get it from sardines (they are delicous, trust me, put it in a sandwich with cheese and spinach and have it with soup!)

Exercise regularly and eat right, and you should have ZERO flu problems EVER.

It does, unless, of course, you get a pathogen that kills you. As always, the risk is yours.
