Ahh, ok! May have to try that, because the Flaxseed oil hasn't done anything for me so far except give me a good night's sleep.
I didn't 'poo poo' the Flaxseed discussion since YMMV (your mileage may vary), but I have found ALA (and CLA) most effective 'stacked' with Garlicin and Green Tea extract. [Although it would have the *opposite* effect of getting any sleep LOL]
'stacking' these is quite effective, much like stacking aspiring, caffeine and ephedra in years' past (but with significant side effects)
For sleep, fermented cod liver oil/butter oil, policosanol (20mg), DHEA and Melatonin (the latter 2 cannot be taken long term) and elimination of TV, computer screens, cell phone screens for 2(!) hours prior to sleep.
