  • ...with a minimum of $1 Million per injury which results from “vaccination” as a condition of employment:

Oklahoma bill would hold employers liable for vaccine injuries caused by their mandates

'If an employee is required to receive the vaccine or some other medical treatment as a condition of employment and it causes that person harm, our citizens need to know they’ll have some recourse that will provide them with meaningful relief,' said State Sen. Rob Standridge.

OKLAHOMA CITY (LifeSiteNews) – An Oklahoma state senator has introduced a bill that would hold employers financially liable for each injury caused by enforcing a vaccine mandate.
On Friday, State Sen. Rob Standridge introduced Oklahoma’s Senate Bill 1106, the “Citizen Health Mandate Protection Act.” The bill is aimed at both the private and public sectors and seeks to hold all employers financially liable for a minimum of 1 million dollars for each injury resulting from a vaccine or other medical treatment that was mandated as a condition of employment.

The bill would also apply to employers who enforce President Joe Biden’s federal vaccine mandate that seeks to require any businesses with more than 100 employees to impose a vaccine mandate for its workers.
“Many Oklahomans may not know that COVID-19 vaccines have already been given liability protection from the federal government,” Standridge said.
“If an employee is required to receive the vaccine or some other medical treatment as a condition of employment and it causes that person harm, our citizens need to know they’ll have some recourse that will provide them with meaningful relief. That’s what my legislation will do.”
As Standridge mentioned, Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Alex Azar invoked the 2005 Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act in February, providing legal immunity to COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers such as Pfizer and Moderna. This means that even if serious injury or death occurs, these companies cannot be sued for financial compensation. The immunity for these companies currently lasts until 2024.
With this in mind, Standridge penned in his bill, “An employer subject to a claim made pursuant to the Citizen Health Mandate Protection Act shall not have the limitations of liability or immunity provided by the Governmental Tort Claims Act or the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act” and “upon a finding of liability after a claim, the employer shall automatically be subject to punitive damages. The minimum award for punitive damages shall be One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00).”

This is not the first time Oklahoma has taken direct action to oppose vaccine coercion and defend the long-standing principles of personal autonomy and informed medical consent.
Earlier this month, Oklahoma’s Republican governor Kevin Stitt wrote a letter to the U.S. Secretary of Defense rebuking the vaccine mandate being imposed on National Guardsmen in his state.
“I am writing to request that the Department of Defense immediately consider suspending the COVID-19 vaccine requirement for national guardsmen in Oklahoma,” Stitt wrote. `

“This mandate violates the personal freedoms of many Oklahomans, as it asks them to potentially sacrifice their personal beliefs in order to not lose their jobs,” he continued.

“All of our national guardsmen take this calling very seriously. These are patriotic citizens who are willing to put their lives on the line to protect others in our communities during times of greatest need.”
Going further on the issue, Oklahoma’s National Guard Adjutant Gen. Thomas Mancino sent a memoto the federal government on November 11 rejecting the mandate on behalf of his workers, declaring, “I hereby order that no Oklahoman Guardsmen be required to take the COVID-19 vaccine, notwithstanding any other Federal requirement.”
Despite “approval” from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), all currently available COVID-19 vaccinations are experimental, with clinical trialsnot set for completion until 2023.
Further, the vaccinations have been linked to millions of injuries and thousands of deaths worldwide, according to data from the աօʀʟd ɦɛaʟtɦ օʀɢaռiʐatɨօռ, the European Union, and America’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), co-led by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the FDA.
While causation is not explicitly confirmed through the VAERS reporting system, neither can it be presumed that all side effects are reported. One study in 2010 found that “fewer than 1% of vaccine injuries” are reported to VAERS, suggesting the actual numbers of deaths and injuries related to the COVID jabs are significantly higher than the already staggering 18,461 deaths and 875,653 adverse effects.
Even vaccine manufacturers have calculated at least a “fifty-fold underreporting of adverse events.”

  • Presuming the OSHA-Biden Mandate was approved by the SCOTUS, an affected employer would now have to weigh the risks of incurring a fine of $14k/employee/instance for allowing “unvaccinated” workers on site, vs incurring fines of $1 Million/injury.

  • Hmm...Buried within the story is the revelation that the commanding general of the Oklahoma National Guard refused (and still refuses) to enforce the mandate issued by the Secretary of Defense requiring the “vaccination” of all guard personnel.

We need lots more of that kind of noncompliance.

OSHA suspends vaccine mandate for employees

    OAN Newsroom
    UPDATED 5:56 PM PT – Wednesday, November 17, 2021

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has suspended its emergency temporary standard for forcing employees to take the coronavirus vaccine.

On Tuesday, the bureau announced it has suspended the mandate just more than a week after the rules were first announced. This followed a federal court placing a long-term stay on enforcement, signaling they were unlikely to support implementation down the road.

“The court ordered that OSHA ‘take no steps to implement or enforce’ the ETS [emergency temporary standard] ‘until further court order’. While emergencies, OSHA has suspended activities related to the implementation and enforcement of the ETS pending future developments in the litigations,” said OSHA in a statement published to its website Friday.

Joe Biden announced in September that he wanted to force Americans to either take the vaccine or be tested weekly and cover their faces if they want to make a living. Biden tried to use OSHA to enforce it.

  • Idaho also passed 7 anti-Mandate laws:

    https://www.foxnews.com/politics/idaho-advances-bill-easing-worker-compensation-for-vaccine-side-effects

    In addition to the headline:

Bills that would provide school mask mandate exemptions, prevent vaccine status "discrimination," prevent employers from asking employees about vaccine status, prohibit requiring proof of vaccination to enter or use state-owned public venues and that would provide employees medical, religious, philosophical and natural immunity exemptions for all vaccines also passed.”

  • Speaking of Oklahoma battles against mandate insanity, looks like a prominent, local healthcare system is besieged on all sides.  Rightly so.

As Nurse Claire recently said, we’re witnessing “safety-through-tyranny” policies.  What’s disgusting in the article is how it’s a faith-based Catholic healthcare system doing this…and other Catholic foundations are having to come rescue Catholic employees from the “evil Catholic” company.  All the while, indifferent Catholic bishops look on.

Which is why I am still shocked that my husband got his religious exemption.  They could have easily pointed to these so-called "Catholic" bishops and "pope" to deny it.

Yes thank you Matto. We think eventually it won't stick but it buys us time.
