I think I read that 10 - 15 minutes is optimum, so you're doing very well!

I've been oil pulling for years, and it has healed my gums from severe periodontol disease. Extra virgin coconut oil is wonderful. Do not swallow. I swish while making the bed, opening/ closing windows, dressing, etc. Do not spit into sink, use the toilet instead. Natural remedies take time to work, so give it a fair trial. Start with a small amount 1/4 teaspoon. I miss it if I don't do it at least every other day (dragon breath.)

What is a good price for coconut oil? Our grocery store sells it now, but I didn't pick it up as I wasn't sure how the price was compared to other places.

MSM says that Amazon has it at a good price today. $15 for 32oz. Is that a steal? ...a good price? ...or pretty normal? I've bought some 2 or 3 times before, but it was always a new customer offer which was a great deal.

MD, if you have access to Costco, they have the best price for EVCO, in my opinion. It's Carrington Farms organic cold pressed, 54 oz for about the same cost as Natures Way. If I remember correctly, it is sourced in the Philippines. But the Amazon deal is better than others I've seen, if you are not near a Costco, esp w/ free shipping.

Ah, yes. Warehouse store. I don't have Costco, but I do have SAMS and it seems it's about the same as Costco. Their website shows 54oz for $15.88. Thanks, PED!
