For those who shy away from bread baking here is an easy method.

Here's another no-knead link. I made this over Thanksgiving. The process worked out perfectly, and I like the texture. The only thing is that there was a slightly yeasty taste to the bread, although that doesn't bother me that much. (That slightly "sour" taste.)
