  • The article does not say who made this stuff, whether they have a good reputation etc.

To stop that whatever-you-call-it storm *cytikine* a good dose of Benadrlyl if you've got a good immune system.  For an impaired immune stsytem sambucas is miraculous.  Expensive but tastes divine.

Our family has had two bouts of this weird flu, so maybe we are immune.

I wonder if the untested vaccine targets the indigenous population of NZ, the Maori(?) are they?

Maybe the frontline people get the good stuff, who knows?

  • No, but it is probably good for you, also.

I mean the anti-viral extract sold at health food stores by Nature's Way.  That stopped a Very Bad thing with me only a couple of moths ago.  However, there is some discussion of this stuff making things worse in a manufacured fle-thigie.

But Sambucas truly works fast as an antiviral.

Never had the degree of success with the colloidal silver, garlic, cayenne pepper, etc. that I got with the sambucas.

But also Benadrly kicks *** with this mess.  I think it's good to experiment and see what works.

Good probiotics and lots of sun and exercise and lots of serious prayers..the sambucas costs about $30 for 8 oz. and it goes fast.  I would consider it a life-saver, an alternative to the ER.  The manufaturers have mabe a disclaimer about swine flu, I believe.

  • Sambucus? Elderberry?

But let your speech be yea, yea: no, no: and that which is over and above these, is of evil.

  • Yes, elderberry.  But don't forget benadryl, it is very affordable at Costco (generic)  There are persuasive opinions of both with this designer flu.  I lost some valuable info recently when my laptop broke- anyway, if one does not work the other may well.  Somehow histamines are involved, and whacking them allows people to breathe.

Also, it appears that allowing the fever to blaze away is good, as long as it doesn't get over 104 degrees, or 103.

Lots of people are sick.  October is rumored to be serious.
