Gluten and casein are difficult to digest in high amounts, such as what we see in our diets here in America, but that does not mean we cannot digest them and that they should be avoided. Like I had mentioned, I take a digestive aid and I am completely fine now, I have much more energy than I used to (and this was one of my main problems before- a lack of energy) and a clarity of mind, I also don't feel so groggy and tired after eating grains.
