I have some herbal pills, but I have not used them.
I tried the Moringa tea, which was okay, but not really pleasant.
The plant leaves are edible and a good source of protein. I have cooked some of the leaves in a vegetable soup. It was good.
By the way, Moringa trees can be grown here in Southern California, Southern Arizona, Texas, and in Florida.
In the tropics and in the subtropical areas, it flourishes and can be used as an inexpensive food source.
Many nurseries here in the southland carry small moringa trees, but many are rootbound and might not survive.
