But are you also a resident of a Red state, famous for conservatism, guns, law & order, readiness to use the death penalty, cowboys, common sense, a light (rather than heavy) hand on businesses, freedom, independence, and in a small town in said state?

Most people don't have a choice, though, because they can't even buy food or gas if they don't have a mask on. It is also disturbing to me how anyone who doesn't want to wear a mask is suddenly deprived of even the most basic necessities of life. That happened without anyone even seeming to notice.

I'm a little curious, now that I think about it, how the employees of a grocery store have the power to enforce some government order on their clientele, even if they wanted to? They are not policemen. How can they be told to enforce government mandates on their customers? How can a store be punished if someone walks in while violating some government command?

The Spanish Flu, an actually serious pandemic, went away by itself after a year with no vaccine. Now we're being told not only that herd immunity is somehow impossible without vaccines, which is nonsense that the Spanish Flu disproves, but that even with vaccines, we'll still have this disease for years and years and have to suffer far more severe restrictions than they ever had in 1918(for an actually serious disease).

It's a complete scam; it's a joke. No sensible person could possibly take this seriously anymore and not see it for the theatre it is, but it doesn't seem there's an abundance of sensible people these days.
