  • .

Wal-Mart has a special price that looks like it's from the manufacturer, buy one get one free.

Two bottles of 30 capsules each (60 total) for $20.  Caps are 1500 mg.

There are some websites that amount to infomercials for another weight loss program showing up on search engines right under the mfg site.

The substance of the pills is amorphophallus konjac, a powder made from the root of a konjak plant.  This herb has been used for hundreds of years in Eastern herbology for treatment of digestive problems.  So it's not unproven for health benefits.  But how effective it is to aid in losing weight is another matter.

  • I've never tried it, but I've heard Stacker2 works for some people as an aid to weight loss. I've used it (the one without ephedrine) recently as a coffee substitute and noticed that my food cravings diminished. But it gave me too much energy. Dmae supposedly helps with weight loss. It too, though, will give you tons of energy and might screw up your sleep pattern if you take too much. I took 351mg once and was up for two days.
Some would have people believe that I'm a deceiver because I've used various handles on different Catholic forums. They only know this because I've always offered such information, unprompted. Various troll accounts on FE. Ben on SuscipeDomine. Patches on ABLF 1.0 and TeDeum. GuitarPlucker, Busillis, HatchC, and Rum on Cathinfo.

  • I like health food stores.  There is no cost to ask many questions of how to achieve your goal or aims.  They will direct you very well.  I had to lower my cholesterols and between the internet and sprouts, I got off medication and lost 10 lbs.  Then when weight came on it was pepsin that I needed and the weight came back off.  Mainly sugar.  It holds water and that is weight.  Green tea, cinnamon, eat before 4 pm or don't eat so many hours before sleep. Lots of tips and they all equal up.  I walk at our rec and again it all adds up.

  • Help of Christians, guard our land from assault or inward stain,
Let it be what God has planned, His new Eden where You reign.

  • Judging by my down votes, apparently, a couple of fat, soft bodies and gluttons had their world rattled by my comment promoting exercise and eating sensible, healthy meals. A couple of fatties want the easy way out of their larditity instead of working for skinny muscle bodies of vitality.

  • "Health" stores, "green" stores "veg" restaurants... the west is wicked with Jєωιѕн business.
Miraculous capsules, "anti-aging" pills, "vegan" diet, "300 pills for free only in the next 5 minutes" .... the list goes on and on..

AND CATHOLICS GIVES THEM BIG MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I see "Catholics" caring much more worried about what they eat and how "organic" is their food than to concern about what they think and what they believe.
