Great that you managed the fast!
You may have slowed your metabolism, but more important than weight is lean body mass. If you became relatively inactive with the fasting, then your body will not be burning the fat preferentially but also the protein (muscle mass), so you could have become deconditioned. Don't worry so much about actual weight but what kind of weight you have gained. Without meaning to sound like one of those fitness freaks on the TV, if you exercise you'll at least improve the ratio of muscle to fat and end up more fit.
