As I keep saying, we overestimate how much more "trouble" we "awake, aware" types are for the bad guys to control.
The sheep might be easy -- too easy -- to control, but that doesn't mean they can't control us feisty awake thinkers ALMOST AS EASILY. They just have to get out of bed to control us. They have to put in 1% effort. They have to turn the dial from "0" to maybe "2". Do you think that increase in effort makes them sweat or worry? I DON'T THINK IT DOES.
Also, the idea they wouldn't kill -- waste -- a good sheep who would blindly follow them off a cliff is ridiculous. If they were so attached to mindless sheep, they would never get beyond a 10% cull of the population. They are shooting for a 90% cull. So yes, they will have to destroy some of their ridiculously-easy-to-control SHEEPLE.
