She - or the person who has hacked her account - is quoting from the Stanley Kubrick film Doctor Strangelove - specifically, a character named General Jack D. Ripper (played by Sterling Hayden), the Jєωιѕн filmmaker's broad caricature of "paranoid anti communists."

I thought it was a hack. I'm very keen on the voice of a writer and neither the comment nor response is Delores.
Perhaps Matthew can check into and do what needs to be done.
