'I don't feel safe eating food': Consumer raises concern about recall for Banquet chicken strips, says food recalls have been in 'large number'
-
Don’t eat processed or commercially prepared foods. Get locally grown and raised as much as possible. If you can grow or raise your own, even better! Save eating out for rare occasions. It wouldn’t occur to me to buy a bag of precut, chemically pumped-up frozen chicken strips!
-
We don’t eat processed fried chicken strips either. Yuck.
I feel bad for people who don’t know any better.
-
The article mentions glass in Fruity Pebbles.
What on earth are fruity pebbles? On the pack they appear to be a brightly coloured (variegated colours) CEREAL. Doesn't cereal have various shades of a cream-through-brown colour? Who, in their right mind, could bother eating such a contaminated "cereal". It defies all reason.
I feel bad for people who don’t know any better.
I might be callous but I don't feel bad for them. They just have closed themselves off from nature and God's gifts.

I can tell you've never experienced those delicious little colored morsels of crack sugar. I've almost eaten an entire box of this cereal in one sitting. Whatever they put in there...is not natural. Don't ever eat the cereal...or most cereals for that matter.

They are completely new to me, it seems they’re an America thing.
I love rolled oats, cooked by me, in milk, a good clump of butter and brown sugar.

It looks like (from a picture on google) fruit loops but no hole and flat. So I assume it's basically just sugar. I tried some fruit loops not too long ago and it was disgusting. After switching to more real foods I have found I don't have as much as a taste for junk food like I used too.

I can't help but notice how vile restaurant food is now. I no longer have any joy eating out. Besides the miserably poor food quality, consider the monstrous filthiness of the miscreants in charge of preparing it. I cannot afford to eat organic this and organic that. But I cook practically everything I eat.

Perhaps pebbles are to loops as donut holes to donuts! :laugh1:
Nadir, you really should come over here and tour some of the grocery aisles. Seeing is believing. Scary!!!
And you really haven't lived until you've seen obese Americans rolling around shopping carts loaded with soda and junk food.
Disneyland.
Or maybe Distopialand.

I feel bad for their innocent children who get fed this junk. The grownups have to know on some level, sort of the health version of vincible ignorance.
Somewhere there's a millstone made out of a giant Fruit Loop.

I just saw this the other day. Includes Fruity Pebbles as well as other garbage.

SO..then what does one do if they can't afford organic or farm fresh food? What do they eat? Because I don't feel safe eating anything really. All food is poison in the US.

All if it can't be poison. Go for as close to natural as possible Grow some of it. Buy from community markets (mostly home grown) Go for untampered foods such as rolled oats. Barter. Better to live in the country.

Decades ago, bread had wood in it. Natural ingredients. There was also mulched wood in sanitaries, it absorbed! I actually ripped one open and that was over 30 years ago. Also chewy cookies, like chips ahoy, had plastic in them to make them chewy. Mercy!

I try to eat mostly natural and some organic if possible however, not able to buy from community markets or grow my own, so because of this I barely eat. I’m down to 1 small meal. I have no appetite. Zero. Food is basically disgusting at this point. I also hear that not all the organic food is actually organic or healthy for you either so I just don’t know what I’m supposed to do.

We grow what we can, go to local Farmer's Markets when we can, cook from scratch, we budget to buy organic for the "Dirty Dozen" (look this up, it changes yearly), and most importantly say Grace before meals.

I do not select food labelled organic, as I know it means virtually nothing. I just stay away from processed food. Do you have a verandah or balcony that you can grow even one (to start) plant that provides food? It will lift your spirits as well.
Is it that your poor emotional health is causing this repulsion for food? That happened to me at one stage. I suggest that you take bitters. It will surely help.
This is an Australian product, but there will be an American equivalent.

Don't forget food 'flavours' such as (((artificial))) and (((natural flavours))) *can* be made from murdered Children (cells cultivated from abortions).

Let's clarify the facts. The cells are not in the food; the cells are used in testing and research. The facts are horrific and do not need to be embelished.

I honestly wouldn't completely dismiss that idea. These are some very sick individuals we're dealing with here. I'm not saying not to eat any food obviously.

Have good health. Take herbals, exercise & get good sleep. Food doesn’t interest me for a while now. Just gets worse the more I research.
