Walking! Whenever I have to think about something, or read, I read bits and walk. Then I read again, and walk. If I do have to read on a screen, then a standing desk is ok. Anything is better than sitting for me, because my mind goes, I become fidgety, etc.
As for dietary interventions, moderating coffee and alcohol have helped (I really like the taste of coffee, so I didn't give up completely).
Herbal infusion at night, after dinner, have also helped. Not a miracle cure, but it did help.
