I went to Sprouts, or your local natural food/supplement store. I was told to take liquid fish oil. I was instructed to take a full tablespoon one hour before or one hour after I eat. The large bottle will get you through a month.
Next, I went off glutens and sugar; cut down alot. Find other ways, such as spaghetti squash, more salads and lean meats. Try to stay away from red meats, and take on chicken/turkey.
I also went L-caritine in the liquid. I try to exercise more.
I have fruit smoothies with almond milk and add cinnamon for metabolism. Also Green Tea. I eat by 4pm and try not to eat past that time. I sleep better for it.
But with little changes here and there, I went from 600 to 200. Also, flush free niacin is also on my list. I was at 2,000 mg. Start gradual from the 500, til you get to the amount you think you might need. Maybe 1,000 and then see your numbers and see if you need more.
Doctors are too quick to get you on statins and even those they say are not, have the same results. On the brain. I tried the lipitor for 6 weeks and my head was fuzzy, and my muscles wanted to ache. I got off and just read more on the internet and found out that those drugs take away your nutrients, the drugs take away water soluables (sp). That means, whatever you take vitamins and such, the drug just flushes it out. You get nothing.
So, I told Sprouts I needed to put back all it took away. I won out! Thank God!
