I also have sensitive teeth, and avoid pop mostly for that reason.
And with every passing day, I'm actually starting to dislike HFCS for how it makes me feel -- it doesn't give me a sugar rush like kool-aid (which is made with sugar) or fruit juice.
When I consume HFCS, it's like I get the "crash" without getting the "rush" that's supposed to precede it. Why bother?
I do like sugar though, and it doesn't bother my health since I burn it all off, even now when I'm in my thirties. I lead an active lifestyle -- when I'm not programming or posting on CathInfo :wink:
