Funny you should mention "EmergenC".  I just heard about it last week.  Sounds great, but I already take 2,000 mg of Vit C in caplet form.  Generally, if I do get sick it is mild and short-lived.  I, too, try to drink water every day and get enough sleep (if I can help it).  In at least the last 10 years, the last major illness that I can recall was late summer/early fall 2015 with asthmatic bronchitis...
