  • Here in the phoenix area, our hospitals are full, over full!  We have 3 in the family in hospitals and from what we have been told it is flu and mainly elderly. My surprise is that I have not heard any news about it whether it be T.V. or radio.  My husband has a tablet and he has not come across any news from the area about this issue.

How is it in your neck-of-the-woods?

  • I forgot to mention, some hospitals have set up tents outside, to make room for more patients.  To give one example:  one hospital here capacity is 368 and has 372.

  • Both my husband and I have flu-like symptoms, his more flu-like than mine. I read the other day, I think it was Jon Rappaport, that somewhere like 17% of cases diagnosed as Flu were totally free of the flu virus when tested. So in 83% of the same group it was something else.

I couldn't find that article but here is one similar:

Two huge current vaccine scandals the press isn’t covering
    by Jon Rappoport
    December 13, 2017
    .
The old question about a tree falling in the forest is relevant here. Does the tree make a sound if no one is there to hear it?
If a scandal erupts and the press doesn’t cover it, is it a scandal?
If this sounds strange, consider that, since the dawn of time, whatever has passed for mainstream news has substituted for the direct observation of events by humans. The press has functioned as the eyes and ears and even mouths of the public.
If someone tells you, “I am your eyes, trust me,” and then they fail, on purpose, to see something vital, where are you if you trust them? You’re blind.
Two giant vaccine scandals are in progress at the moment. The mainstream press is mentioning them, here and there, but without any intent to raise alarms, dig in, investigate, and get down to the core of what they mean.
The first scandal revolves around the flu vaccine for the current year. As I recently wrote, a new study has concluded the vaccine has a very low effectiveness rate. Why? Because the vaccine is produced using chicken eggs, and in that medium, the flu virus—which is intentionally placed in the eggs—mutates. Therefore, it isn’t the same virus which is causing flu this year.
FiercePharma reports: “Based on data from Australia, which already had its flu season, scientists warn that this season’s flu shot might be only 10% effective. And the reason for such a low level of protection might lie in the method by which the majority of flu vaccines are made: in eggs.”
Ten percent effectiveness. Now that’s ridiculous. And it’s assuming you accept the whole model of how vaccines work—that they actually do protect (safely) against disease, rather than, at best, repressing the visible symptoms of the disease.
Amidst their spotty coverage of this scandal, here is what the press is failing to mention: the problem with the flu vaccine isn’t just a 2017 flaw.
It’s been the same problem ever since chicken eggs have been used to manufacture the vaccine.
Healthline.com: “The majority of flu vaccines are grown in chicken eggs, a method of vaccine development that’s been used for 70 years.”
    Hello? Anyone home?
    Seventy years. The same problem.
    The same “low effectiveness” problem.
That’s a page-one story with a giant headline. That’s the lead item on the nightly news. That’s a pounding investigative series about the lunatic promotion of a massively ineffective—but universally promoted—vaccine going back decades and decades.
    But it isn’t a giant headline. It isn’t an investigation. It’s a here-today-gone-tomorrow piece. That’s all.

  • What was lost is found. Here it is
    https://jonrappoport.wordpress.com/2018/01/05/flu-outbreak-across-america-really/ :

    Flu outbreak across America—really?
    by Jon Rappoport
    January 5, 2018
    .
The press is playing up two angles this winter: the seasonal flu vaccine may only be 10% effective; and there is an outbreak of flu across 37 states, at last count.
Underneath these claims, something far different is going on.
Dr. Peter Doshi, writing in the online BMJ (British Medical Journal), revealed the monstrosity.
As Doshi states, every year, hundreds of thousands of respiratory samples are taken from flu patients in the US and tested in labs. Here is the kicker: only a small percentage of these samples show the presence of a flu virus.
This means: most of the people in America who are diagnosed by doctors with the flu have no flu virus in their bodies.
So they don’t have the flu.
Therefore, even if you assume the flu vaccine is useful and safe, it couldn’t possibly prevent all those “flu cases” that aren’t flu cases.
    The vaccine couldn’t possibly work.
The vaccine isn’t designed to prevent fake flu, unless pigs can fly.

Here’s the exact quote from Peter Doshi’s BMJ review, “Influenza: marketing vaccines by marketing disease” (BMJ 2013; 346:f3037):
    .
“…even the ideal influenza vaccine, matched perfectly to circulating strains of wild influenza and capable of stopping all influenza viruses, can only deal with a small part of the ‘flu’ problem because most ‘flu’ appears to have nothing to do with influenza. Every year, hundreds of thousands of respiratory specimens are tested across the US. Of those tested, on average 16% are found to be influenza positive.
“…It’s no wonder so many people feel that ‘flu shots’ don’t work: for most flus, they can’t.”

Because most diagnosed cases of the flu aren’t the flu.
So even if you’re a true believer in mainstream vaccine theory, you’re on the short end of the stick here. They’re conning your socks off.
What are typical flu symptoms? Fever, chills, cough, sore throat, muscle aches, headache, fatigue. Well, these symptoms can be caused by a variety of circuмstances.
Immediately calling them flu is an unwarranted assumption. And as it turns out, respiratory samples from patients, sent to labs, are going to come back with no sign of the flu, in the overwhelming percentage of cases.
But the mainstream press can’t report any of this.
It would topple the flu-treatment money machine.

  • My husband drove by a major hospital in the phoenix area Jan. 10 and there were police directing traffic for the congestion of people trying to get to the hospital.

  • If the standard treatment for flu is bed rest and plenty of fluids, why are so many showing up at hospitals? Are people going to the hospital to have the doc give them a sucker and say get plenty of rest and fluids?

No one in my immediate or extended family has ever been to the hospital for flu. As a matter fact we are just now getting over a bad cough and congestion that went through practically every family I know and just this past two weeks. Only a handful had escaped it. No one went to the hospital though.

Local schools closed in our area due to the flu, and I heard somewhere that saline bags were in short supply.
Dehydration should not be an issue for most if they are drinking any water at all.

  • Today in the phoenix area, one hospital declared "Black",  just plain closed.  Another, where our family member is in supply, tried to order more beds for the hospital and could only get less.

I told my husband, nurses are so needed.  Husband said, "Problem is those who apply can not make the pre requisite. "  They are tested to see if they can get in for school/college and they can't.

That goes to show that "Outcome Based" (dumbing down) education is working!!  Communism at it's best!!

I have no regrets of home schooling our kids!  I know for a fact, that if we did not home school, we would have had regrets.

I spoke to a teacher in the Buckeye area and he said that the kids in his High School Class for physics, can not read his writings on the black board.  I replied, it's the Twilight zone!  And the state will see to it, that these kids are going to have a diploma!  They are illiterate!  Even more than that! Illiterate is defined as grade 6 (?) level. Meaning they can read and write on that level.  Question now is, did the definition of illiteracy change.

    I couldnt agree more.
12 children I have raised and not once have any of us had to go to the hospital for flu.
I just don't understand how people can't get bed rest, electrolytes and water.  That's all you need, although when sick we eat garlic as much as can be stomached, use essential oils, and have an onion in a bowl in each room in the house (absorbes disease.  We haven't had flu in a few years since I started doing this.)
I wonder if certain area are targeted...

hmmm... please say some more about the 'onion-in-a-bowl' thing, never heard of that one. We had some kind of flu over Christmas with high fever and nausea, some family members still have a lingering cough. I'm trying to keep it from making the rounds again.

Our chiropractor mentioned it to me because we used to get sick twice a year.  He said onions absorb bad germs.  I didn't research it.  I just did it.  We don't get the flu anymore at all, and we are seldom sick at all.
Just put a whole, fresh, big onion in a bowl somewhere in each room where it will have good airflow.  Do not cut it open or peel it.  Don't put it in the corner way out of the way.  In 4 to 6 months it will become black and really gross.  It will not be moldy, will just turn black.  When this happens, replace it.

I forgot to mention that we keep the onions in bowls around the house all year long.  I have noticed that when someone gets a little cough or stuffy nose I check the onions and, sure enough, they all need replacing.
