I'm just wondering, what do you think will happen to people who take the vaccine?  Autism, tumors -- what?

All this vaccine paranoia strikes me as a big red herring.  Worrying about the man who can take your body, not the man who can take your soul, that kind of thing.  They have plenty of ways to get your body without involuntary vaccination.  

Think about how you're really being manipulated.  People are so high-strung and paranoid that they are at the point where they will start mowing down policemen so as not to be vaccinated.  They'll become murderers to protest a most likely harmless shot, and think they are in the right while doing it.  I call this the Dirty Harry mentality.  

Yeah, the government is evil, but if they are that evil, YOU'RE ALREADY UP POOP CREEK SANS PADDLE.  If you have a genocidal government -- and you do -- do you really think they're going to stop at vaccinations?  Do you really think you can protect your family?  Or will they just turn you into cold-blooded killers before they kill you anyway?

Remember, as a Catholic, your real enemy is not the government; it's the devil.  And he's so clever you would not believe it.  He plays off your paranoia to make you become JUST LIKE HIM.  Vicious instead of meek; fearful instead of confident in God; hating your brother instead of helping him.  Hunkered in your bunker with a sawed-off shotgun protecting your supply of Aquafina, blowing the heads off of desperate and hungry people just like yourself.  Ridiculous.

See, the great thing about being a Catholic is you don't have to worry about floods, plagues and gulags.  You already have God on your side.  They can take your body, but not your soul.  Anyone get what I'm saying?  The time to go to war and kill people is when you have an organized army that can restore the Catholic Church.  

For ten years now people like Alex Jones have been going on and on about chips and the Amero.  But never about Vatican II -- THAT is what you really have to fear.
 

Rest assured, Raoul, that I'm not Alex Jones. I'm WELL aware of Vatican II, how the Church got to that point, the Jєωιѕн/Illuminati conspiracy, Modernism, and other related subjects. I worried about the spiritual things first -- My family has its place to attend the Tridentine Mass, and we all know the evils of Vatican II.

Now I have time to focus my prudence on earthly matters as well.

Just wondering, Matthew, but if you know that we are being manipulated and have an evil government, one that will actually try to kill you for no reason, just out of sheer malice -- why try to raise a family in such a situation?

I was kind of shocked when I first became Catholic and saw that many Catholics in this country more closely resembled red-state Baptist mountain men, with stockpiles of weaponry, than St. Aloysius Gonzaga.  They're always itching for a fight.  Either it's Y2K; of the swine flu; or jackbooted police coming to put them into gulags.  I think that's why I obsessively knock the "survivalists."  Their mentality felt un-Catholic to me, probably because I'm an idealist.

But when I look at it from another angle, the Catholic religion certainly doesn't object to a father defending his family.  And if I think the "survivalists" are occasionally smug because they boast about their foresight of stockpiling supplies, which they don't want anyone else to have, how much more smug am I who saw all this coming and avoided having children altogether?  

Let's just pray no one ever tries to force the swine flu vaccine on you or your children.  I don't think the police or health care workers in this country are organized enough to really force it on you if you don't want it, nor do I think they'll actually send someone to prison who refuses it.  They'll probably just scurry away in hopes of avoiding trouble.  It seems doubtful to me that they'll be able to "immunize" the whole country; that's why I call this a red herring.

I apologize for the abrasive tone of my recent posts, by the way.  I'm working on it.  I have a lot of strong opinions that I need to temper with some prayer and reflection.
