Like 10.000 chemotherapies? Does that mean it is guaranteed to kill you? That one of the worst "recommendations" I can imagine.

 I mean, a little common sense here probably wouldn't hurt. That was obviously in reference to the ability to kill cancer cells.

Graviola is also known as soursop. It is a tropical tree with edible fruit which looks like a custard apple. But I wouldn't know where you would find it.
